RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  Return Policy

If you receive a defective item please contact our customer service department at 1-866-811-5148. If you need to exchange an item for a different size please note that exchanges are for identical items only within 30 days of purchase - if the item is out of stock we will be happy to give you a store credit. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for any merchandise returned for an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred for items sent back to you. 

Exchanged items must be unworn, unlaundered and non-damaged for an identical exchange. Please keep in mind that all items returned are inspected for signs of damage, wear, and wash. Any item returned that is damaged, laundered or shows signs of wear will be returned to you without credit or exchange.
